We received a free cookie as a reward for My Panera card, and we were allowed to choose any pastry: cookies, huge cinnamon rolls, cheese danishes, or sweet bread. The cashier was friendly and helped me pick out a chocolatey walnut cookie, as per their recommendation. No regrets! My partner and I devoured the cookie. Mmm.
I visit this Panera location very frequently. Their curbside pickup is very easy to use. My order is always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly, and they work hard to ensure your visit is satisfactory.
Cozy atmosphere and clean food typical of all Panera places. Let Jesus show His love to you through this place!
You better eat dine-in, or check your order before you leave, they will always give you INCOMPLETE orders, at least 1 of every 4 items won't be there in your order.nnWhen you eat there is easier because they see what's on the table, but good luck when picking up during the pandemic that you are not allowed to check your food in the restaurant.nnI complained about the missing items and they gave me a “reward” of $10 dollars to “compensate” for the error, but the items missing value were $17, so it looked like a good deal for them to steal $17, and if you complain they give you back $10. Still they will take your moneynnGood luck, but there are more and better options than this stupid place.
Panera on Washtenaw makes the absolute best m&m cookies ever. Other Panera locations overcook them but they make them perfect!!!!!
