I have been to several places before to do laser and my experince with Sawsan was probably these best one yet. I have never felt so comfortable at any other place. Sawsan really took her time to make sure she did not miss a single spot for me. I am always nervous going into my laser sessions but i felt at ease because of how comfortable and pain free. She puts in the time, work and effort to make sure you're getting what you pay for. The place is super clean and organized. Overall I loved my experince and would highly recommend MED IVee with Sawsan for laser. However, people come nervous as it when coming into a laser session. The lady working at the front desk could have been more professional and welcoming to help ease the nerves. it helps to feel welcomed with a friendly face rather than looking bothered and upset at clients.
The best laser treatment in the game! The spa is very clean, professional, and welcoming and the staff/environment truly enhanced my experience. The place itself is spotless and emulates a relaxing spa-like experience. They took all the necessary precautions to protect their clients and the area was very clean, disinfected, and organised. I felt very safe going here amidst everything going on. My laser session was done by an excellent esthetician (Sawsan). I was constantly asked about my pain tolerance so the treatment was extremely manageable (especially for a first-timer). Also they perform a very thorough job making sure to get everything and deliver impeccable results. The staff are very patient, kind and understanding so I never felt uncomfortable at any point.
