My family has literally had three funerals in four months here.. I've never had to plan a funeral and they made it so easy.nVery compassionate. I never felt like there was a sales pitch. Never pressured into anything we didn't want to do. Had such a wonderful experience here! My father passed away and I had never been through the process of making arrangements. Charles was not only super friendly but he also walked me through the entire process. He was available for any questions and was well organized. He was equally caring and professional and really knew how to handle such a delicate time. I am so thankful to have given my father the proper arrangements and Charles Step Funeral Home is to thank for that.
