THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I'VE DONE many funerals and has got to be THE WORST EXPERIENCE THUS FAR!!!! The person that lead us to the burial ground was rude & not helpful at ALL!!
This is their promise......right off of their website:nGrand Lawn Cemetery has been designated by the state as a Perpetual Care Cemetery, meaning that the resting spaces for you and your loved ones will be maintained from now until the end of time.nnWent to find a family member today. Found the section. There are grave markers buried in the ground covered with 3 to 4 inches of dirt and so covered with overgrown grass you cannot even see the name. We never did find our family member because half of the markers are buried so deep you can't even read the names. You literally had to get on your hands and knees and dig with a stick or your hands to remove the dirt.
Worst service ever maybe half star need to be added. That’s what I would give them.
In such a bad situation they really helped make it easier very kind and professional ask them for ideas and they can offer support I recommend them a million times
The staff here is very caring and did everything they could do to help us in a bad situatiomnSpecial thanks to both sales people who went beyond the call of duty to make this bareable. We are very grateful for the compassion and assitance
