I was on hold for 30 mins transferred twice and disconnected. This will be the second time I have had this type of service so I will no longer try and order from the 8 mile bakery. I called Canton Sam club bakery and was on the phone for only 5 mins and ordered was completed.
They spelled my name as Felicia when ALL the paperwork showed FELICE.
