Purchased a six pack of Cinnabon’s at this location and the Cinnabon’s are extremely dry as if an ingredient is missing. I think the butter was missing before they rolled them up and cut them. I also tried to warm them up and see if it made a difference but it didn’t, so we just topped them with some Ice Cream. The staff was helpful but I don’t think they are trained correctly. I think they are new hires. I’ve never had a problem at other locations. I will give them another try at a Later date and see how it goes.
Service was good and food was good.
JUST SO YUMMY
Im from out of town visiting the area and purchase the Churro Chillatta and Pecan Cinnamon Roll oh My Gah!! It was very fresh and very well made. Customer service was everything and mmm the churro was oh so fresh!! I will definitely return!!
Staff acting like they didn’t want to be there and just wanted to goof off and they sold me a cinnamon roll that was still frozen.. definitely never coming to this Cinnabon ever again.
