As a monthly customer, I am disappointed with staff at this place. Yesterday received a subpar massage, ( not deep tissue and no stretching) and the staff did not care to adjust. When speaking with management they played as though they did not know who did the massage and did not suggest a better suited masseuse for the issue. We even tried to describe the persons we had last so we could ask for them the next time.... they didn’t know the description. Ridiculous especially when we are going monthly. Walked out feeling the same. Smh

I have been here a couple of times. Both times have been great. Both massus communicated on problem areas and addressed them. The place was very clean and staff was very professionally and friendly. I will definitely be coming back soon.
