This is a wonderful establishment. My girlfriend and I got the 1 hour couples massage. I feel completely rejuvenated. The masseuse was extremely skilled, efficient, and professional. The massage was very fluid. The entire experience was serene and relaxing. The atmosphere of the Thai Spa Pavilion is soothing. The decoration and music are very tasteful. Outstanding experience, I will definitely be back to try some more of the features and experiences offered here.
Very clean and straight to the point. They have a LOT of rooms. I came in 10 minutes early and was escorted straight to my room. My massage started shortly after (about 5 minutes early) and ended after my hour and a half. I went to the salt room afterwards and it was so refreshing. I will most definitely be back. The customer service was very nice and there was more than enough parking.
Long story short, I had an appointment that I was 100% ready to keep and Be on time for. Someone had a medical emergency at my job in it was my responsibility to stay with them until they receive the help that they needed. I had my wife call And tell them this. She told them that I will be 5 minutes late. Which was the original estimate. The emergency ran 10 minutes beyond the ETA. I get a call from Thai spa pavilion telling me that they are only going to be able to do half of the massage because they have another appointment. They did not offer me an opportunity to reschedule nor did they have any sympathy or apathy for the situation that was beyond my control. If you are human living real life do not use this spa. They are cold and uncaring. Not attributes that you would want in some body responsible for your physical well being.
I visit this location multiple times and 8 out 10 times the experience was good. However it was on two occasion with the most recent on Saturday 2/27/21 that the service received was not good at all. When I ask the therapist performing the massage what was wrong, because she was lacking in technic from previous massage and hurting me with her elbows. Which was 70% of the treatment. She stated she was tried and had worked 9.5 hours that day. Not to mention my massage started 10 minutes late. When I attempted to discuss my concerns with the gentleman at the front desk. He explained that the therapist are not robots. Who said I expected them to be. But what I do expect is a quality massage for the money spent for a 90 minute massage for both my husband and I. If the therapist is to tried to do the task then cancel my appointment. Why should I suffer? When ask to speak to a manager, his response was she’s probably sleep. Left my contact information. It’s been 3 days and so response yet. It’s not cool to take people’s money and not give quality service. Keeping in mind I have Refered over 10 of my closest friends to this location.
Made a call and got an appointment very easily on the same day for a deep tissue massage! It was an hour appointment and they utilized the full hour. I have many knots in my left shoulder and wing and I had specifically asked the masseur to concentrate on that area and she did an amazing job! Given I had gone for a deep tissue massage, the pressure applied was really good and deep enough to break my knots! At the end, she had provided a hot stone massage which also felt very therapeutic. I’m really happy with the service and the extremely peaceful ambiance. I will definitely be going back again.
