I decided to return to Kohl’s to do some in person shopping. It just isn’t the same. I understand that the inventory is a bit low, as a lot of folks are shopping online. What disappointed me was that the quality just isn’t what it used to be. I bought 2 pairs of name brand athletic shorts for my son and paid quite a bit for them. When I got them home, I noticed that you can see right through them- to the point of indecency. You would be able to see his underwear through them if he wore them. The prices were not competitive and with merchandise of this quality, I doubt I’ll be returning. Quite sad, as this used to be our “go to” store for quality items at a fair price.

Helpful staff. Had an Amazon return, I was immediately greeted, and directed toward the Amazon return desk. The lady that accepted my return walked me to the area that has bedding, that I asked for assistance in. Great experience, even received a 25% off coupon for my purchase today.

Team meeting held at opening. Good group cheer & info type for employees. I was greeted, helped, had conversation with employee. Found my items and checked out up front with a knowledgeable cashier. Lots of deals. Organized & cleannFour days before Christmas. Impressed!

I got two pairs of shoes for Christmas and that did not fit so I returned them but unfortunately the person that bought them for me used Kohl's cash so I would only get back $14 on a $65 pair of one of the shoes. The Very Nice Lady that worked there took her time and helped me out and figured out other options were if I was to find them in one of the stores or online I would be able to get the full amount or a trade for the correct size but unfortunately I had no luck so I had to settle with the less amount. But the service I got from the Lady made me feel clam and appreciated. A+ customer service.

No dressing roomsnOver priced items.n70.00 for a pair of levis!nI found the same thing on line 35.00nI don't like the idea that they act like they have something on sale when they market up way high to still price gauge you for the final purchase total rip off.nI will never shop at Kohl's again!
