Delicious cakes and treats! I am disappointed they discontinued they're Loyap rewards program (it was a nice way to earn a slice!)nnNevertheless, Lana's is some of the best around! Their German Chocolate, Lemon, and Pineapple cakes are my favorites. All are moist and full of flavor.nnThe cookies are good, too. I haven't tried the cheesecakes yet.nnAs a bonus: support a local Black, woman-owned business!

So glad I finally found this place. May have a Southfield address but just a block east of Farmington / Southfield border. This place is a danger to diets. The banana pudding is the best I have had in 25 years. The regular and Oreo cheesecakes are even great after being frozen for a few days. The pineapple coconut cake slice is huge and didn't dry out before I finished it a few days after I brought it. Customer service is wonderful and you can order ahead of time. Let's support a black business that deserves it because of the high quality and smiling service.

I usually go to the shop downtown, but this time, I went to there Southfield store. Lana's cakes are very tasty looking and the cakes don't taste bad, they are just missing that ump. Serve is great and food is good just to me they don't have that taste to where you tell yourself I'll drive 5 miles for a slice.
