Yikes!!! I will no longer be ordering delivery from Panera. This store was prompt with their deliveries and their people were always so nice! I work at an office near here and we ordered lunch and breakfast all the time. However they switched over to door dash for their delivery service and it’s GARBAGE. I ordered the night before to have dropped at 7:45-8:00 since it was food for an office. 2 sandwiches, 2 coffees and a dozen bagels. It didn’t arrive until 8:30. You could tell the store was over it because I called to find out what was happening the person sounded frustrated about even having to answer that question. Needless to say, door dash sucks. Panera, you will be missed but I also don’t always have to time go pick up food during work hours. Very disappointing business change. Hopefully I’m not the only one who feels this way and it changes back.

Great food. Good service. Website needs a lot of work. CC keeps getting declined even though I'm no where near my limit.

VERY disrespectful staff in front on morning shifts. It's like being in a communist country. After several times of trying to be nice It's getting old that you're nice to the people before us and after us. Obviously you have an issue with us so we will no longer come here.

Great service. I made a big order a little short notice and they got it correct, on time and super nice and helpful. Support small local business during covid. I love Panera. Miss the one that use to be on grand river in Farmington.
