I am revising my earlier review of this cemetery from one star to five. With one last ditch effort, I called the City of Roseville and a kind woman provided me with information about the new management of the cemetery, through St. Pio of Pietrelcina in Roseville. I called the number she gave me and was so relieved to reach a person. Roxanne was so kind and efficient and felt terrible about my past experience. Bottom line: St. Pio is doing a great job and helped me get my friend’s ashes laid to rest. Everyone I dealt with, Roxanne, Father Greg, and the two caretakers at the cemetery were very good at what they do and took good care of me. I rescind my earlier review, below.nnMy friend prepaid for a niche for her cremains and I prepaid the open/close fees shortly after she passed away in 2012. I have been trying to reach them for over a year to finally lay her ashes to rest in the Roseville location.nnThe number listed on Google is not valid. No one ever return my messages. I had to call a local funeral home to try to get a phone number. Thankfully, they gave me the number but warned me that Sacred Heart Cemetery is notoriously hard to reach, even for funeral homes.nnI called the cemetery on March 19, 2020 and left a voicemail. Gave them my phone number, overall reason for my call, even the exact location of the niche. They never called me back.nnI have decided to try to call them every day. Unfortunately, all I get now is a busy signal, so I can’t leave a message. The state regulator for cemeteries told me this one is exempt from oversight because they are church affiliated.nnI feel sorry for people who have no choice but to deal with this entity. I’d give a negative star rating if I could.

This has to be the worst cemetery I have ever dealt with. Very uncaring. They destroy everything that is left at a gravesite. The Priest doesn't deserve his collar.I wish I could have my parents moved. The landscaping is horrible. The grave diggers gave no respect for the existing graves. My parents have been torn up. Many times. And I have to go and repair the grass.

I came to visit my grandmother’s niche on her birthday and assumed it was still open since I seen cars inside and the gate was open and as I was pulling up to park I was waived away telling me to leave by who I can only assume was the landscaping company since that’s how they were dressed. Pretty disappointing and disrespectful I couldn’t pay respectects to my deceased grandmother and was disrespected and not even given a chance to pay respects. Very unprofessional. Heavily disappointed.

I just came home from the cemetery. I am totally disgusted with the upkeep of the grounds. They don't have grass growing, they have only weeds! I spent almost 2 hours cleaning up 4 headstones. The weed issue is horrible! Out of the 4, 3 of the headstones need to be raised. 6 years when my dad passed away and we had his headstone placed in the ground there was a problem with it sinking. It took several phone calls and after 9 MONTHS the issue was FINALLY resolved! They will be receiving a phone call from me on Monday and will continue to get phone calls from me until all 3 headstones are raised and straightened.

I am just so sad that the care takersnOr new owners have no compassion for the deceased or their families .. such a shame you keep removing wind chimes , that are. It bothering anyone maintaining the grounds , now to hear flowers and lights are being removed .. this is pathetic .. you should be ashamed of yourself
