Rented a small unit from them. Everything was great and they sell locks so you don't need to bring your own.
We use the unit for our Bikes for the spring Carla is always so friendly and the tram always calls me right back with any questions. They also always remember us when we call back
Big shout out to Carla for providing exceptional customer service and enthusiasm at Cubesmart. She was promptly able to reserve a unit for my storage needs and was very accommodating. The units themselves are very clean, and the ceiling has a very nice wrapped insulation so you don't get fire retardant or insulation all over your vehicles or stored items. I'm glad I moved my stuff here.
I always felt safe being able to access my unit. Carla was wonderful too!!!! as was anyone else that I'd had to contact in the office. Very clean and secure site to store all your valuables.
