Kohl's

I went in to get some towels only...I found the towels I wanted and started browsing... the towels were like getting heavy, so one of the salesladies took it upon herself to walk all the way to the front of the store to get me a cart and bring it back to me...awesome customer service ,......, Thank you so much

The store is ALWAYS clean and organized and the STAFF ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT/ FRIENDLY. The Howell kohl's is where I prefer to go.

OPEN YOUR DRESSING ROOMS! Especially if this isn't an order from our crazy Michigan Governor. I'm not spending $200 or more on clothing only to waste fuel taking them home and using my house as a dressing room just to possibly bring the items back. My nearest Kohl's is over an hour away. I stopped off here during a road trip for the holidays. Kohl's, if this is your doing, then have an associate monitor the room and clean as needed. That's what these times call for. What makes this more frustrating is the fact that there was a sale on Levi jeans, buy one get one half off and one specific pair left in my usual size and I wanted to try another style. Couldn't try them on 3 hours from home and wasn't going to attempt it in my car in the parking lot. Was there another way of me achieving this? Please let me know for future reference. In hindsight, I could have driven over to Lowe's a few blocks away and walked in with a large Kohl's bag to use their restroom that was open. Thanks for nothing Corona. More business lost and a grim future for stores. I put my items back and walked out empty handed and sad that I couldn't think of a way to remedy this. Btw, this location allowed a few families to wander around the store with their masks off or they didn't have any at all that I could see. They weren't too shy about it either. They were loud and disruptive. So this can happen but I can't try clothing on for convenience? Typical stuck up Howell residents that believe they are above the law. Good luck. On a positive note, the store was fully stocked, organized and three younger female associates displayed good character when I spoke with them and they remained busy with their tasks as well.
