Love Costco! Staff always friendly and helpful. Store always clean and organized. I appreciate that they always have cashiers to check you out. Something Sam's club could learn from them. East Lansing, Costco has the best gas prices, always less than Brighton and Commerce location. My only disappointment with Costco is when purchasing items online that have a coupon, you pay tax on the full price of the item!! When I inquired, the only response I received was...it is legal to do. That does not make it right, nor is it done that way in the store. When online ordering is the way most of us do things today, especially during the pandemic. Also factoring in many people are still out of work, it seems to me a multi-billion-dollar company could do things better when it comes to their online sales. (Reason for only 4 stars)

Rude customer service, too many questions at the time of returns. I'm not going to this store anymore , will be switching to Haggerty . Tough to returns and the returns should be more simplified. Rude and unfriendly price adjustment team.

Costco is fabulous! I've been shopping here for years. Delicious food! Great products and prices! Wonderful, helpful people! Costco will more than satisfy you if you have a problem with any purchase. If I'm going to buy something big or small I always check to see if Costco has it first and only go somewhere else if they don't have it. Costco is the BEST!
