I was looking for a comforter set in a specific color and the employee in that department was very helpful in ordering since they did not have it in stock, and even gave me a coupon. The manager Lisa however was extremly rude to me on the way in and to her employees I did appreciate how she treated the cashier when she simply asked for help.

I like to shop on their site then drive to the store to pick up my new items. Also it's been pretty quiet inside the past couple of times which makes shopping less stressful, trying to stay 6 feet apart in compliance with the Coronavirus pandemic guidelines. I have made a couple returns surprisingly faster than I expected ud83dude03. I will continue to shop at BB&B!!!
It was hard to find someone to help you find something and when you do they tell you the name of the department which is not marked so l just kind of had to amble around til l finally found the bed risers that l had gone in for. Check out was very quick and easy. The young man even found my 20% off coupon for me.
