We lost my Dad in August. I calledtoday I was informed of this. I was told the headstone was never ordered as well. My Mom called them and the woman told her I misinformed her it was there. So low and behold we received another call telling my poor Mom the head stone was never ordered. This was paid for back in 2016. Thank God we didn't take his ashes in August. She told my Mom that it wasnt a big deal not to have had the head stone there. Many graves don't have one. This same person told my Mom they should of went to the cemetery to make sure it was done. We don't live in Michigan so that was kind of hard to do on top of my Dad not being able to travel. My grandfather is the one that built this cemetery. I bet he is rolling in this grave. Very unprofessional. So after FOUR YEARS of my Dad paying for everything they were never told a piece of paper was supposed to be sent back. Again I spoke with them after he past and nothing was ever mentioned about any of these things.

This place has terrible service. Unprofessional at the least. Very insensitive to your grief of a loved one. My family has spent thousands of dollar throughout the decades( we own 10 plots)..

very great staff and also paradise funeral home service for doin my sisters funeral and nice burial as well I put this place as a five star

Had a awful experience with Aubry from the beginning of of interactions with her.... Mind you my entire family is buried in this cemetery, and Grandpa's plot is already paid for and stone is in place.. when grandpa passed.nThe funeral home called east lawn and spoke to Aubrey who explained she was with someone currently, and would call us back in about an hour, completely understandable... After 21/2 hours we still haven't heard back, apparently she took a really long lunch that day.... On Friday when my mother went to the cemetery she still was too busy, mind you funeral is on Tuesday.... Someone else was kind enough to get the paperwork out for my mother to sign so we could conduct my grandfather's service and lay him to rest....nThe day of the funeral comes.... We had no more than lowered my grandfather's casket into the ground and Aubry came up to my Aunt and informed her that we had more than exceeded our hour that we were alloted.... And that we needed to wrap things up.... Funeral was at 1 it was now 215.....nThis was already a very emotional day for our family and to be treated so rudely on top of it... Not impressed by any means with the lack of respect that we received during this time...

wish i could give a negative star rating. The place is unkempt and practically unmanaged. My grandmother was laid to rest over six months ago and her headstone has still not been laid down. we have been lied to, ignored, and misled regarding the status and whereabouts of said headstone. I'm writing this horrible review with the hopes that SOMEONE will finally do something. My family, especially my grandfather, is hurt and disgusted. If you have the option, choose anywhere but here.
