This is the worst Walmart pharmacy that I have been to the pharmacist decided that I don't need my script over riding my Dr .Adam pillcounter wouldn't fill my script I went to another pharmacy I think Im going to quit shopping at Walmart too what a joke don't waste your time going there

Not our home town Wally world...but had to get prescriptions filled here....Tammy (the P.A.) was very helpful, both over the phone & in person. Jackie, the pharmacist went beyond her expected duties to get us the best possible savings. Awesome YOOPER service & people!

If I can't receive prompt, accurate service, I at least expect polite, professional service and unfortunately this pharmacy provides neither. Over 24 hours after my prescription refill was ordered through their automated system it still wasn't filled. When I politely inquired why, I got a rude remark thrown in my face about being short staffed. In a bigger city I'd go to another pharmacy instantly but unfortunately there are few options here, so I'm forced to continue giving my business to this incompetent, unprofessional provider. Hopefully management will work with their staff to rectify these issues.

Tammy is very sweet and compassionate. We witnessed an episode of romantic partner abuse. I was distraught knowing that I couldnt do anything for stop it and she help to comfort me.

My partner had a scheduled c-section on Tuesday and they held her until friday. The doctors had reviewed her insurance, she has full coverage by both the VA (she is a Navy vet) And full coverage by the state MIHealth, so they sent the prescription for her painkillers and iron supplements over to Walmart and said we could go straight there and pick them up upon leaving the hospital. The pharmacy has not been able to figure out how to bill Either insurance, despite a letter from the VA explaining it and she went without her medication for 2 days until I simply bought it all. They said they would try calling the VA on monday and see where that goes.... This woman is recovering from surgery with a newborn to nurse... Extremely unimpressed, it's like its everyones first day there every time and none of them know what they can do or how to do it
