We came in there 30 minutes before closing, and they had some of the best customer service ever. Management was amazing, they even gave us an extra treat. I have never had a bad experience here, and it is honestly one of the best Panera breads I have ever been to, they never disappoint!
I would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered the new teriyaki chicken broccoli bowl. Its $11 and nothing like advertised. Not even half the bowl was filled. Barely any rice or quinoa. Surprisingly there was plenty of chicken but it was dry and tough.
Would NOT recommend dining indoors. It’s 2pm, people piling in, nowhere to sit. Absolutely filthy. Every table has dirty plates and every disposal station is filled.
employee spoke fluent Russian for the entirety of my experience. he was cute though but needed to lose some weight.
I just had the best Panera experience ever! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Well done, team!
