Have had multiple different services done at the Drift Spa. Always had a great experience!
Called 4 times, left message to check on availability for 25th of November. No return call. Called the other 3 times I was on hold for between 12 and 15 minutes. I will go to Lodge Kohler for all my spa needs, they answer phones and are truly a 5 Star service.
Staying at the Island Resort for the weekend, decided to check out their spa. Went in at 4pm (they close at 8pm) to see about getting my nails done. They can't fit me in at all this weekend. Very disappointing, when you stay at a hotel and spa but can't even check out the spa. (While two ladies were just sitting behind the desk).
