Did not help me with my hacked Samsung Galaxy S8+ and are claiming my System Administration Rights and not allowing secure access to my phone and accounts.
I went to the Verizon store on South Valley and Selena had helped me out with my new phone. I wasnt too sure how to navigate it but Selena made it so easy and simple for me to use my new phone. She was so caring listened to all my concerns and found a solution to my problems. I never had any sales rep be so understanding and caring towards me. Selena is the best! Definitely going back there! 10 stars!!!!
I have had the worst experience at the store on Valley in Las Cruces every time I go they are closed no one is around to be found I am seriously considering switching phone companies how unfortunate

Oh my gosh!!!!!!! I can't begin to explain how great Michael is. He was with me for 4 hours helping me fix my phone. He is the only Verizon rep that I will ever go to. He's absolutely stunning. He needs a promotion, he is what makes Verizon so great. I highly recommended this store. Come see Michael the store manager. He is the best. 😊
