We are old people and need lots of help with new technology. I love to go to this store because everyone is friendly and helpful.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They don’t pretend to know things they don’t know. I respect that. Very satisfied with the customer service in this store. I’ve been helped by two young ladies and one gentleman. They were all very good to work with. My family and I will not go to any other t mobile location. They are great.

Xavier knows everything about phones. He was very knowledgeable about both the iPhone and Galaxy that we bought. New account created without a problem and no shady 'add ons' I've been with them for over 15 years and love tmobile. Both people who switched plans are happy with the service price and the quality of our customer service, beyond exceptional. Strongly recommend if looking for a new carrier. Ask for Xavier, he knows how to explain things so regular people can understand them but also he never made us feel dumb for not knowing or for asking a ton of questions.
