I have lived in Kittery for almost 2 years and finally got the courage to find someone to wax my eyebrows. Ryan did an excellent job, I was more than happy. She didn't over do anything, which of course is always the worry especially when you have thin hair like myself. Ryan was also very friendly and personable. I will be referring my friends.
This is one of the few places that I can say that when making an appointment, I feel happy to make one with whoever is available. Not only is the owner so lovely but each staff member is as well! Most places you have a go to person but at Aviva I’ve had great experiences with everyone which is rare. Highly recommend!
I had never been here before and went to Alisha, who is a GEM, to say the least. The atmosphere of Aviva was so sweet and comforting, and so is the staff. Alisha was warm and really kind! And the service I had was perfect. Fantastic communication and professionalism. I was really impressed and would 100% recommend this place as well as go back myself!
Ryan was great! She did my eyebrows as well as a last lift and tint. Would definitely recommend.
I've been going to Ryan for a few years now to have my eyebrows waxed and shaped and I would trust her with my brows for any important occasion! She's extremely personable, professional and clean. She always does a phenomenal job my experiences at Aviva are always pleasant.
