This place has always had the best most polite employees that have helped me with my phone needs through the years!! Than you very much!!!
Had a great experience at first that turned into a nightmare! I was definitely not informed correctly! They told me everything I wanted to hear and when it came down to my monthly bill I was paying nearly 200 dollars for 2 lines and a tablet line!
The manager of the store Alec was very knowledgeable and friendly during my store visit. I never felt like a customer when I was there. I felt more like I was part of the T-Mobile family. Everything was done very quickly and precisely. Also, any and all questions that I had were answered thoughtfully. I definitely plan on continuing to go to this store because of how my visit went.
Jolene was understanding of my age, 74, and my technophobia.
Patient, with a charm g demeanor and easy humor.
In a few minutes she deleted apps and put in a memory card.
The young man greeted us warmly, and knows how to listen.

Staff were very rude and very difficult to meet the needs of my kids trying to just trade in their phones from Sprint to T Mobile! There shouldn’t have been any one giving my kids any hard time or hassle especially since my wife and I took care of everything from out of town!
I am and I would not recommend anyone to this store after being treated very poorly!
