AT&T Store

Worst sales experience ever. A new hire was helping me she was fantastic. The store manager kept interrupting so I asked if he could just help me directly since he was more experienced and I was short on time. He refused to help me but continued to interrupt. He wouldn't allow me to set up service for 4 lines and refused to let me buy 4 new devices. Finances wasn't an issue on my end. I had to deal with the store mangers attitude, arrogance, and emotions that I still don't understand. The AT&T store on Telshore has much better customer service and their sales guys are willing to sell you what you want/need.

This store is fine and the staff are kind. But at&t as a service is absolutely and unapologetically horrid. Customer service is abysmal with support staff that will treat you like a child when you call and have absolutely zero compassion for people. I have been without mobile data for a week now and the only thing I've been told by brick and mortar staff is to call tech support which has been utterly useless except when it comes to making hallow promises based on nothing. I have been told 3 different times now that this issue will be resolved by "x" date with no resolve when said date and time rolls around. If you call past 3pm you are sure to be greeted by someone who speaks little to no English and has zero comprehension of technology or the actual services provided. Their "advanced" tech support seems completely ignorant on the topic of electronics and will tell you the same information a 1000 times to try and appease you such as reset this setting or turn this setting off. Tonight when I called, after the 5pm when the service was assured to be working again by a tech support agent, I was abruptly hung up on for seemingly no reason. Like I said the staff at this location are reasonable and seem to have some base level knowledge of technology and they get my upmost respect, but at&t as a service provider and as a company care little for their customers and treat them like garbage. Oh did I forget to mention that I'm typing this on one of their top of the line phones, that I will repeat has no mobile data because of "reasons" I guess? Absolutely abhorrent lack of respect for customers all whilst providing spotty coverage that may or may not work apparently. Don't even bother asking for them to waive the insurance deductible if it comes to a problem that they have introduced or if you get a faulty device because I promise you that do not have a care in the world for you or your business. Disgusting company with terrible service, support, and prices. Good day. Hope this company goes out of business so I can at least get a laugh out of this.

Horrible experience. When setting up service with AT&T representative a man keep interfering. Turns out the girl is new and her manager was advising her. When asked to work with the manager directly to take out the middle man he refused. He said I couldn't have service. In short the manager refused to help me and wouldn't give me AT&T service even though I insisted on buying new devices. Cash and credit is far from an issue.

Dee was very professional and worked hard to fix my problem. He has helped me before and he is thorough. He is very nice to explain things. A great att employee

David is the best! We were at there other store and not getting help so we called and were able to come get a new phone without all the hassle. When we're got to the Lohman store David took care of us and had us ot the door in less than 10 minutes. He was polite and courteous. Thank u David!
