I placed an order on 11/25 and never received a confirmation to pick up my paid order. Four days later my PAID order was canceled when I was told I had seven days to pick up. Called the store only to find out they were going to sell my order to someone else if they did not receive confirmation from customer support to release the product to me, after it was already paid for, mind you. Wonderful news during the holidays. Thanks for the customer service ladies and gentlemen. NOT
I called in with a simple question and was immediately put on hold. After about 2 minutes of listening to the canned music, the associate took me off hold but just set the phone down and continued dealing with customers in the store. For 15 minutes I listened to customers give out their phone numbers and on occasion their addresses. When the associate finally picked up the receiver and I told him what was going on, he said "Yeah, that's cause I told you to hold, now you are going to be put on hold again." He then hung up on me. So, I now have the phone numbers to 4 Game Stop customers. Thinking I should call them and let them know how I got their numbers!
Friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get my pre order set up and get out fast.
Store staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Store has a wide array of games spanning multiple consoles and devices, with accessories and other small toys and products. The store can sometimes be difficult to call (possibly them taking the phone off the hook due to busy/understaffed times) but they are always helpful when they do answer, and are equally helpful if you stop by the store.
