Understanding costumer service reps.
I had a rental contract in 2015 for a big screen tv. My apartment was broken into and the tv stolen. Aaron's didn't have theft protection at the time so they wanted their money no matter what. So the account got written off. I tried to get a washer and dryer today and they said no because of this charged off account. So my roommate went in to get it, her info and she's paying, but they refused because she lives with me.
1. This company should have some way to help people in my situation as now they have theft protection. Had they had it in 2015 this never would have been an issue.
2. Why should my credit have anything to do with my roommate getting an account?
Great service, excellent staff. Beautiful furniture! Very professional helpful workers, would recommend and the delivery is great they help so much. Awesome management!! I've been a long time customer and will continue to be, Thanks to the loyalty too Mike and his great staff who is very kind, helpful and respectful to all customers!
