I picked up my palleted motorcycle at BSP and they were very professional. No problems
Very poor customer service and truck driver was rude and not helpful at all. I paid for lift gate service cause I own nothing to move frieght objects and had to fight with him to wheel it in front of my garage .He insisted he was going to leave it at the end of the driveway. I have had all other carriers back in my driveway cause it longer then it needs to be to accommodate a 18 Wheeler and unload professionally.
I get frequent deliveries from this company. Nothings ever simple, most drivers can’t seem to use proper communication. Sadly I have to continue to receive shipments, also the management has just as little clue as anyone else on staff. When I asked about why my $5,000 stove was bent the management replied by explaining how many items they ship and cannot be held liable for damage since “it’s so common”. ud83dudca9
