OMG!!! We just did a total kitchen rehab in South Portland and we are very happy with the results. Eliot helped me pick out the perfect backsplash which complemented the tile floor. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Our tile installer was awesome. He was a perfectionist and was on time every day and completed the job ahead of schedule. From what I read and see images of, they do good work. However, I have an apartment that I wanted to get granite countertop installed in and after calling and leaving multiple messages with different people, I haven’t gotten a call back. I wanted to go with them based on their reputation, but due to the need to fill a vacancy and waiting on them, I am now stuck with epoxy painting the existing laminate counters as I no longer have time to schedule someone. 2 stars is what I give solely based on their reputation but their customer service and responsiveness gets zero stars from me.
