They had a great sale price on a couch and chair..but had neither in stock..had floor displays but couldn't sell those..The young saleslady was very apologetic.. felt bad for her..Big Lots should not advertise items that they don't have... should post on the website,not in stock here or anywhere!
There's a lady named Dot (I believe it's Dorothy) that works there, she is AMAZING!! Every time I see her she is busy stocking shelves, cleaning, helping guests, or just doing anything she can to stay busy!! she is extremely friendly and helpful; and an all around joy to to see, she is a great asset to this store, her smile and personality are two of the biggest reasons I continue to return ❤
I shop there weekly because prices are cheaper than Family Dollar and Walmart. They have a good variety snacks are cheaper, People are friendly
I love this store, the staff is usually friendly and helpful. I just wish(of all Big Lots)that they would be a little more organized and cleaned! Some of them I feel like I'm in a second hand store! But they do have a lot of nice things for less money!
Just a nice shopping addition no matter the location. They carry an assortment of items and are worth a look. THANK YOU.
