I bought a journal today, it was a good price with the exception that it was scuffed. It had a black scuff mark on a all white journal that was about 2inches long or so. I was grateful they did a mark down, the girl that was talking to cashier said to dona couple to a few bucks mark down. I thought that I was going to get atleast two bucks off. When the cashier took off the reduction for a technically damaged product she took off 1 dollar. That was only 8 percent of the total cost. The toal originally was about 12 something. I bought the journal, but I do feel that the cashier was overcharging for a damaged product, but I liked the journal alot so I bought it anyway. However, atleast they did any mark down at all but for a damaged product (even if it is considered minor damage) that is really a skimpy discount. I was planning on going to hobby lobby at first but they were closed. For now on, I will just wait for hobby lobby to open and go their instead.

We purchased a printer on 8/18/20 and misplaced the receipt. I called the store and they happily sent me a copy of it through email. Cody took my call and was very friendly and professional. Daniel helped me choose the printer and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Staples in Las Cruces

I went in needing cardstock paper for my printer. I was doing a Cricut project that I had never done. One of the workers called one of the other employees who had a Cricut and she helped me SO much!! She was very helpful, and gave me so much information!! So sad I didn’t get her name but she gave the best customer service. :)

Staff is always friendly, as soon as you walk in they welcome you. They are always ready, and willing to help with any questions. I mostly go to use the print station, but the few times I've had some questions they've always answered my questions. Really great store!
