This store is the prime example of why radio shack went the way of blockbuster, office depot, Frys electronics etc. Customer service is abysmal and should be corrected. Some reviews are from a year or so ago and I can see nothing had changed.
I got him started in computers. Left immediately when I learned he was the biggest crook I ever knew. Stole data from people's computers all the time. Then on top of that, took credit for everything I did. What a joke.
Knowledgeable and friendly people. Straight answers and great guidance with electronics...
