Did not find pants I was looking for. Saw them on line but not in store. Dressing rooms still closed so had to purchase other items and took home to try on. Now have to go back to return the items that do not fit. It almost seemed there was more clearance merchandise than new merchandise. Clearance prices were still to high.
Its a great store to buy clothes for everyone in the family. Kohls Cash is a great addition, but it expires quickly. The only complaint I have is that I wish their return policy was better. It used to be nice and flexible, but now it's a pain to get an even exchange because it has to be from the same section (ex. Women's, men's, etc), the same brand, and the exact same price (they don't accept a lower price either). During Christmas time and popular times they have a great selection, but any other time it is scarce.
Came here to do an Amazon return and they gave me a discount coupon which was a nice surprise. Ended up picking up some things at a great price. Staff were really friendly and overall store looked great. They do push getting their credit card at check out but very politely. I realize they do the coupon thing all the time but as I didn't have one, getting it with the Amazon return saved me some money without using a Kohl's credit card.
Shopped here towards the beginning of the pandemic. Filled out a survey after shopping there. Said I didn't like how they only had four dots spaced six feet apart when they were far busier than only having four people in line.nnThree weeks later, I shopped there again. They had enough socially distanced dots to accommodate the crowd. Now, I don't know if my comment had a direct effect on their policy, but it seemed as if they listened to my comments.nnOne of the few companies to pay attention to public safety and health when it's most important.
