I have always gone to Aqua Pool and spa pros since I got my pool. 22 years ago. I’ve always had a deck or in my pool. I’ve always trusted them and respected them. Until now, they are telling me they will not service my pool any longer because I have a deck. Not only do I find this disappointing, I find it surprising. In response to someone else’s review Aqua Pool and spa iposted that they would treat the customers the way that they wanted to be treated. I find it hard to believe that anyone there would like to be told they’re being dumped as a customer after 22 years. I’m not changing my stars because they do good work. But apparently not for everyone anymore
Just started using Aqua pool and Spa. So happy I made the change over to them. They are always beyond nice when you call. Something I wasn’t use to from the other company I once used. They took the time to answer all my questions. They just closed my pool for the season and did an excellent job. Gave us great information to everything they did. REALLY APPRECIATE THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Love your company thank you!
We had an urgent issue with our hot tub and they helped us troubleshoot over the phone. Can't thank them enough for their willingness to call back and give us ideas on how to fix it right away so we didn't have to worry about things freezing overnight. Thanks to them we were able to fix it ourselves!
The staff in the office are always friendly and helpfull. The service staff are also friendly and very knowledgeable.
Not really a review on the products but more a review on the employees that don't know how to drive the work trucks and not have their phone in their hands. Swirving all over the road, can't keep their lane and not even turn signals. Drove past the guy as he was turning into the parking lot and he was on his phone the whole time. If I was a cop, I would have pulled him over instantly.
