I have been to La Vida many times and seen multiple therapists, but today was my first appointment with Geana and she was AMAZING! A perfectly relaxing 90 minute massage, but also firm enough pressure to work the tension out of my back and legs.nnGeana really is a full service technician, she is knowledgeable and shares her recommendations but keeps the atmospheric calm and peaceful . Upon finishing my service she also offered a steamed towel and a dry one so I could remove the excess oil. Worth every penny and I can't wait for my next appointment with her!nnI can't say enough good things about this place and all those who work there. Top quality!

Got the best massage I’ve ever had here. Josh was very understanding and tailored the massage to exactly what I needed. Anyone looking for a great massage should definitely book with Josh, but athletes specifically should find time with him as well. Totally refreshed my body. Will definitely be back.

I had a game changing deep tissue massage with Josh and feel so renewed! Every other massage I’ve ever had before him is incomparable to what I experienced with him. He is extremely thorough, seems to have amazing intuition and technique, and really knows what he’s doing. I’ve had big knots in my shoulders for as long as I can remember but have never had success with much relief and just got used to living life with it. That changed today! Go see him - he’s super kind and no words can describe his magic hands.

I came in with a lot of tension and stress from the difficult week I had. After my massage therapy, my tension was gone and I felt much lighter. I was able to sleep through the night. Definitely recommend Lina!
