I was enjoying my membership here and even brought my mom and cousin to JOIN. But over the last 2 months i was cancelled on a couples times too many i had to go to the naperville location. My mom and cousin have also been trying for the past 2 months but they just want to cancell now.
Had a great facial. Very clean facility with great staff.
I was a member at this location for about 1.5 years. Monthly subscription included 1 hr to use on massage or facial. Overall quality of massage not the best. Beds are uncomfortable but heated which is a plus. Be careful with the subscription! Read the fine print! You can freeze your account for $5/month but can’t use any previous hour already on your account during that time. Also if you change your card number they lock your account and you can’t use any hours on your account that you already paid for until you add a new card and they charge you for an additional month. Groupon got me in the door and the subscription seemed like a good deal at first (with free access to the water bed) but the lack of quality and customer service led me out. There’s a lot of better places out there do your research. Unless you just want a quick Groupon quality massage!
