Its a smaller Macy's than Oak Brook, but much more cleaner and organized. You can get something nice for yourself and your family. And I love checking out Last Call sales racks, I always find a great deal items.
The selection is ok, prices are on par. Three things I don't like are:n1. Place often like a pack of rabid wolves tore through the clothes.n2. It takes forever to check out. I've rarely seen an employee waiting to check people out. I have to track someone down and ask them to check me out. It seems like if you have more than the items to purchase, you'll need to set aside 30 minutes to check out.n3. I'd rather have major oral surgery than have to return more than one item here. Every item needs to be returned to the area where it's sold. An expedition team needs to be hired to find an employee to help.
I love this store. It's accessible to public transportation since I don't have a car right now. Been going here for years and enjoy their selections
Patricia in men's fragrances was a great help. She's very knowledgeable and is able to narrow down your search once you tell her the scent you're going for!
Love to shop here one of my favorite places to get my Levi shirts, and pants.. an anything else its the spot. Eap if you a platinum member like myself.
