Why have a place of business where all the employees can be replaced by monkeys! This has to be the worst service is the history of life. This people don’t care about what your there for there just coming in for a free paycheck. Thanks so much for doing nothing!!!

Horrible place, those people working there has no manners what so ever.

Me husband finally got an appointment by phone to renew his passport. I had some questions and no one spoke any English. Drove to the address that was on the computer in Chicago and found out they had moved. Nothing was said about that on the phone. Finally found a memo on the door giving their new address. Got there and guess what, they speak English just fine. They do not take walk-ins, you have to have an appointment and a Postal Money Order.

Worst place ever... worst citizen experience... I drove over 5 hrs to bring my gf over for her transaction and well next time I’ll prefer to drive 14 hrs to go to Miami location... please make sure you take time and be very patient because this place will tear you out... Honduras government needs to do more for their own people...

Have been calling and I keep getting people that stated they don’t speak English. Trying to get a passport for my husband. On the answering machine my husband stated it’s says for your app. Either bring your Honduras birth certificate.or something to show you are Honduras. When he finally got a hold of a rep they are telling him he needs to get a hold of a lot of other papers in Honduras. This consulate does not know how to conduct business.would of gave them a 0. The consulate in California is so much better. And they have people that can speak Spanish and English.
