Very clean and stress-free. Nice sales staff
Only one entrance is open right now (North entrance) to ensure all carts are clean for guests. Mall and east entrance were closed when I visited today. Everything was neat and social distance was encouraged in queues. Return process was smooth.
There weren't any salespeople available to answer questions. I had to walk around & look for someone to help me for several minutes. When I did find someone she was nice but they were sold out of what I was looking for.
The store was just okay. The selection was pretty limited for athletic apparel and the kid’s sections were underwhelming. It wasn’t a dirty location, but it definitely wasn’t COVID aware. The shopping carts had trash and tags in them, so clearly they were not sanitized or wiped down after previous customers used them. The bathrooms were decent. Most of the staff members seemed to be running on auto-pilot and not friendly with the exception of one young woman that helped us in the Men’s section. My cashier forgot to say hello or look up at me while she swiped my items. However, she was rather enthusiastic when it came to giving me my receipt and requesting that I do their survey to give her a great review/rating. Great parking availability if that helps. We still love Kohl’s overall though.
Always good buys to be had here. The people are pretty helpful
