Brandy was very professional and explained the process very well. The turn around time was far quicker than expected and the end result was just what my wife needed for her to begin to heal. I lost my dog of almost 12 years and I was find a place to cremate and I found this place it was nice the only complaint I have is that they spelled our last name wrong 😅 they put an l and not an o I think they should ask if they spelled the name right before they used it other than that the person was nice

Extremely professional and courteous. Reasonably priced and they have a ton of memorial options. I had my 14 year old Corgi cremated and was able to order keepsake urns for family members as well as jewelry that held her ashes. They went out of their way to accommodate any requests I made. I highly recommend them.

When our beloved Max passed we looked everywhere for pet cremation services that would ensure we would indeed get his ashes only. Forever friends allows the family to be there and actually start the cremation process. You are welcome to wait until the process is completed. The staff was very friendly and professional during this hard time. Our special thanks to Cisco, who handled the process with the utmost respect and sincerity. Their prices are exceptionally affordable for the quality of their services (Please do not change that). They also offer a large variety of urns for your pet's ashes, as well a very nice one included with the service. We live in El Paso, Tx, that is a 109 mile round trip to us, but it definitely was worth it. There is nothing remotely comparable in El Paso. IMHO if you want the best cremation services for your lost friend, these are the people you should get in touch. My condolences for your loss and believe me, I know how you feel. These services will help with closure and the healing process.
