Money gone down the drain .nThey never answer the phone I been trying to get in contact with them forever no answer or response. I never received another appointment after rescheduling!

I was terribly disappointed when a scheduling miscommunication came up. Within 24hr I’ve received a response from the business and thanks to Abby and D my remaining sessions were scheduled. My initial review was the following:n“ Purchased a Groupon to check the service, after those 3 initial sessions where I can schedule weekly appointments they had sale for Black Friday so I purchased the Delux package. Why not, they were amazing and I wanted to see results.nAnd mid that package - here we are where the customer service fails. I was told that the treatments need to be done after a week for a best outcome, and if I follow up with each appointment they would be able to schedule me for the next week. That doesn't apply if you cancel. However the next availability is 3 weeks out. So there goes the money down the drain... Terribly disappointed.”nThings like these would come up anytime and in any business, but I can certainly state that they handled this professionally and I’m falling in love with this place more by each treatment. Thank you ! Highly recommended!

I will give it 3 stars because my first experience at the salon was wonderful. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming and helped explain the whole procedure to me as well as what I needed to do to get the results I want.nThe next day I had my first session and the girl that helped me made sure I was very comfortable and asked questions to make sure she got the right areas of where I wanted the fat removal. She was very helpful and professional.nnFast forward three weeks later due to the fact that they had to put me on a last priority schedule because I purchased the Groupon instead of the full price packages. I arrive after having some trouble getting into the building. It was definitely very busy and packed that day. The lady that was there was very rushed and didn’t even check to make sure where I wanted the fat removal. As I was having the procedure down, I could definitely tell that I wasn’t feeling the same effects as I did the first time or anytime I’ve had sculpting. The machine went off in 20 min (shortest I’ve had sculpting) and I had no assistance with what was going on next. I had to call to have someone assistant me after waiting for 10 min there. After she assisted me with finishing the machine, I needed to change back into my clothing. She must’ve forgot something and opened the curtain for whoever was there to see which was a bit humiliating. I looked in the mirror after to see the results because with every cool sculpting I’ve done, I’ve been able to see results right away.. The second time around with CBC I didn’t see any type of results.nnI really wanted to like this place and invest my money here especially since I live a 6 minute drive away now. I really had such a pleasant first experience but the second experience really did not impress. I’d be careful with the laser machines after seeing the different comments about other customers having issues with them.

Chicago Body Sculpting has been such a blessing to me. I’ve always been very self conscious about my stomach and cellulite and Rina has helped me become more confident not just physically but mentally as well. I’ve had ultrasonic cavitation, wood therapy, and laser lipo done around my waistline and the results are incredible. I’ve lost over three inches since my first service and I’m looking forward to my next one!nnAlso, they have a nutrition bar that sells nutrition shakes and weightloss teas that are so affordable and they work. I recommend the Butterfinger shake and the CBD detox teas! Overall great experience and the staff is amazing.

I discovered Chicago Body Sculpting on Groupon when I was looking for an extra boost with my fitness goals. Absolutely proud of my decision- I tried the Laser Lipo and lost several inches from my waist, purchased more sessions and will be purchasing an Ultra Package to try this week! The team is amazing- super friendly, welcoming and appreciative. I highly recommend Chicago Body Sculpting!! Thank you to the team for always being so helpful and achieve my body goals!
