Not really good.. They aren't a good massage peoplenAnd don't respect the time you payingnThey have sign that state it's $ 50 x hour and inside They charge you $ 60 x hour and then not even an hour

The lady is very nice. I didn't get a happy ending here. Please go other places if you want to get a happy ending.

This place is aweful in that there’s another location(Rose massage)They don’t accept credit cards yet have Visa/MasterCard signs all over and constantly use the lie “The machine is broken”.... I went to the other location (before calling and the owner said I could get a 90min massage) he did not mention anything about cash only. I get there and I’m told no card and I had to walk to the the ATM, cross a busy road and after going through all of this I get back to be told “sorry someone is here already. Go to the other location”.... I took an uber by the way. I was so frustrated I call the owner tell him the issue he then says come to Jennifer spa. I get there and I’m told only 30 min massage. Are these people so out of touch with time and structure and that people have lives??? You would swear this isn’t run like a business at all.really poor after service too. No water. They need to be reported for fake Visa/MasterCard signs(remove your signs and say CASH ONLY) this would save people a lot of time.... this blatant disregard of customers is quite upsetting for American standards

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. Completely unprofessional. I made an appointment at 9:00am. I took a personal day specifically to get a massage. I was left standing outside in the cold for 25 minutes. I called the owner and supposedly someone was coming but never showed up. The owner was fine with me going somewhere else. No regard for anyone's time. It's clear that they don't need anyone's business or know how to run a business. Save your time, money and energy and please go elsewhere.
