We have had horrible luck with the drivers we've been getting. Two times now we have not had our pod picked up for reasons that would have been easily rectified in less than 5 min. We had a rude driver the first time that hung up and kept rejecting our calls. We have an entire home worth of things in a driveway that no longer belongs to us. The 2nd pickup was canceled because a car was parked in the way of the pod. And instead of ringing a doorbell (with gloves on since they are taking no contact service so seriously) to notify the owner they need the car removed to pickup the pod. They canceled the order. We also had multiple people less than 5 min distance that were willing to drive to the house and knock on the door for the scared driver to get the car moved. That is utterly pathetic. We do not our property in a driveway that is not secure and could potentially be broken into. I dont understand how someone could be so inconsiderate.

Just in the middle of moving and I think it would be worth the money.

Took 18 days for our pod to arrive, after the originally quoted 7 days. When the pod arrived all of our things were shifted inside and the door was obstructed, it took 4 people to open the door.... and we still struggled. It took a month for me to receive a callback from the complaint department as well, I do not reccomend this service. Untimely, unprofessional, how is this a big business

PODS made our move seemless. From the initial delivery, to the move to our new home everything went as expected. The customer service reps were pleasant and knowledgeable and the delivery guys were always on time. I would use PODS service again in a heartbeat.
