The gard is very rude!!! Definitely the speed of the passport emission has improved, why is it necessary to make an appointment? When they don’t follow that? People just come and go. And in order to get a passport you have to bring $60 exactly because they can’t provide change??? And they don’t inform that a copy of the old passport is needed.
