I FINALLY received awesome customer service from Ms. Danielle. Usually I encounter some sort of issue rather it’s long wait times, medication not being ready, nasty & unfriendly staff etc Today I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Ms. Danielle & she displayed what customer service is all about. Thank you greeting me with a friendly & welcoming smile & providing me with excellent customer service!

Was on hold for an hour, and the pharmacy closes 1 hour earlier than stated on their automated phone service. After 2 hours waiting and travel, they closed before filling my prescription. Don't fill your Rx here unless you have no other option.

I love this pharmacy. The pharmacists there are knowledgeable and friendly and the entire staff treats you like family. You get called if your refills are up or they are ready to be refilled. This is an optional choice.

I received such poor customer service at this location. While standing in the self-checkout line there were customers who clearly needed assistance. After waiting for a long time in that line I decided to stop an associate to see if she can help the gentleman that was in front of me. He was having a hard time at the self-checkout. At one point he was just staring at the monitor. When I stopped the associate to tell her that the guy needed help her exact response was: NAW...he got it. And she kept walking! I was so shocked she did that and so were the other customers that were in front of me. They were shaking their heads in disbelief as well. I will not be shopping back at this location ever again. It's really sad that employees think they can treat you a certain type of way when they work in a particular neighborhood. I asked the front lane manager how do I file a complaint against the associate. He went on to tell me he will inform the assistant manager. When I asked him for both of their names he said okay one moment and walked away. I left the damn store at this point. I mean enough is enough. The Associates at this location need to be retrained on what good customer service is and how to provide it! Will not return!
