Most of time when I go to this location I have received some pretty decent service. The Associates are helpful, courteous and fast with efficiency in checkout procedures, but I went in their three days ago and one of their Sales Associates sold me the wrong color shoe, She scanned the shoe for one color and somehow after scanning correctly in the back inventory shoe area, I ended up with another color. Then when I asked if my 25 percent coupon could be used, she acted as though she wasn’t sure. I went to the store today and the women restrooms were filthy and that was a first!!!
Found great deals on bath bombs and makeup bag great customer service every time I go.
The store was looted. They had about half of their normal stock. I was able to find a men’s deodorant I liked. The person assisting me was very patient. Five star had the sales person been more upfront with what was available in the store. They have all of the brands segmented into their own department. I was looking for a men’s deodorant. The first deodorant they showed me they acted like it was all they had when in fact they had lots of deodorant throughout the store. Once I discovered that then I was able to pick what I liked best.
