I love this Marshalls. The candle section is awesome. What’s usually picked through at other Marshall’s is left behind here. Also, found Juliette Has a Gun (Not a Perfume) for $70. Even on eBay you can get that stuff for less than $120. It’s usually pretty unbusy as well.
Love it lots of different things all colors
It takes two associates to take care of one customer while 8 other customers wait in line. No other associate arrives after 5 minutes of wait. Poor management skills
The only positive is the brands sold at the store. Customer service was absolutely horrible and made the experience very poor. A employee directed us to a cashier and when we went the cashier said she is not checking us out because it's her time to go home. Understandable but not the appropriate tone, choice of words or action to speak to a customer. Very unpleasant.
