Anytime you call to ask questions. They are very rude. So, whom ever is answering the phone needs to hand it over to someone who doesn't get snippy over the phone. I was going to use their services to fill my pool, but now I'll just use a hose and fill it up that way. I rather have a big water bill and wait the hours to have it filled than have to call that business again. Next time if I need their service I truly hope another person Is taking calls.
I have used Making Waves for several years since I moved to Jacksonville being close to my house. They would come to my house, less than 3 blocks away, perform work on my hot tub and bill me later. I’m a Doctor in town, so my office location is well known to most. Making Waves then sent me to collections for less then $100 stating they had called me multiple times and had no way to contact me. Again, I live 3 blocks away. When I received the collection company call, I went to Making Waves to pay them and inquire how they couldn’t contact me by phone or my office or just come to my house? Making Waves Owner had no excuse and even become irate refusing to remove the collections notice despite me paying the bill once I was truly notified of it. I have been using Leisure Pool Supply ever since and couldn’t be happier. I’ve since put in 2 inground swimming pools with Leisure Pool Supply without any regret.nnAddendum 5/2019 I moved to a house that Making Waves had previously put an indoor pool in. Liner had all kinds of wrinkles on the bottom and previous owners was told there was a “high water table” there and was unpreventable. I had Leisure Pool fix the lights and remaster the PVC tubing flow system and replace the liner. No wrinkles! I am not surprised.
No driver to deliver water but very hospitable and polite
