I honestly don't think I could work at the DMV and still be as friendly as these folks are. Every time I've been in there the place has been packed but the staff have always been polite and helpful.

Lines shorter than Spfd. Still takes extra time due to cleaning between customers. Everyone is friendly and efficient as always. If you Only need your sticker, Spfd drive through on Dirksen is still the quickest. During the colder weather, it's nicer waiting in your car for the drive through than standing outside in line 6ft apart. Masks are mandatory at both facilities. I recommend to plan ahead and get your renewal sticker online.

Staff were attentive, helpful, informative, and adaptive considering the mandate of social distancing.
