This is a great local business with excellent customer service. Buying a hot tub is a big purchase, and the entire process I have felt that this team has gone out of their way to communicate and assist us. Mike, Charlie, and Stephanie have all personally been of great help! From design, delivery, setup, and chemical maintenance we really have appreciated all the wonderful help. I'm really happy with our gorgeous tub!
We came to your store and the only person there was a very unfriendly woman. We came with the intent of purchasing a hot tub. She was not helpful at all. We left our phone number with her so she could give it to the owner. To this day we have never heard from anyone. Very unfortunate for both of us because you lost out on an easy sell and we will have to travel even further for our new hot tub.
Will never return a call. Too independent & never available.
We purchased an above ground pool in the summer of 2020 and installed it ourselves. They were very helpful and provided good instructions and tips on how to install the pool successfully. We have been very pleased with the help and service we've received from Paducah Pool and Spas
Wasn't too impressed seems to deal more with in ground and hot tubs. Granted they was extremely nice. 3 stars due to friendliness.
